Bail Terms & Conditions
Please revise before deciding to make any bail! Thank you.
How to Bail
Submit the Bail Form located at the bottom of the pages/tabs.
OR
Email to damselsmostwanted@gmail.com with the following:
1) Your Name
2) The Criminal’s ID # (state in Subject Title)
3) Enquiry or Confirm Bail
4) Any other comments
You will receive an Email within 48 hours.
Bail Payment Modes
Bank Transfer to POSB or UOB through Internet Banking or ATM.
Upon receiving the Invoice Email, payment should be made within 24 hours unless otherwise stated by YOU.
The Criminal/s may be put for bail again if payment is not received within the stipulated period.
Criminal/s will only be released for delivery after payment is received.
Postage/Packaging/Delivery
1) Postage:
*Normal Local Mail is Free of Charge unless otherwise stated. (Delivered to your letter box)
**Registered Mail by Mr. Postman is at an additional flat rate of S$2.24.
(Delivered right to your doorstep and you will need someone at home to sign and receive)
Registered Mail will be Free for purchases above S$50.00.
*Due to the nature of the pricing of The Fiddlers Collection, Normal Local Mail of $1 will be applicable for bails (purchases) below $10.
2) Packaging (Refer to Pictures right at the end of this page):
Criminal/s are checked thoroughly for any defects before being packed in a zip-lock bag, then in a box, wrapped in brown paper then in bubble wrap and sealed in an envelope stamped with DMW's return address. Rest assured that your Criminal/s will be packed with utmost care.
3) Delivery by SingPost:
Criminal/s will be released within 48 hours after payment is received.
Criminal/s will be delivered by SINGPOST unless otherwise stated.
Do allow 2-4 working days for Mr. Postman to deliver the Criminal/s.
Note that weekend, public holidays, festive period such as X'mas or CNY and rainy days will delay the delivery.
**DMW will not be held responsible for any loss/misdirected of mails and any damage incurred by SingPost after the Criminal/s is released. Normal Local Mail is NOT traceable. Registered Mail is always recommended to guarantee arrival as a Registered Article Number will be provided to track status of mail.
Others
All bail amounts are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD) excluding postage costs if any.
Bail amounts stated are NETT and non-negotiable.
Criminal/s sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
Promotions and/or Discounts are not to be combined, you are advised to choose one discount/promotion if applicable.
Criminal/s labelled as Pending are awaiting payment, so do comeback to check on status in case the bail fails.
Criminal/s are bailed on a first-come-first-serve basis, no reservations will be entertained.
Depending on the camera used, lighting conditions and the different resolutions of monitors, colors may be slightly different in reality despite efforts made for it to be true.
Your personal information will only be used for Bail procedures; it will not be disclosed to any third party.
