Bought 2 fiddlers, I was impressed with the service they provide. Although they took longer than usual to complete my fiddlers but overall they did a great job. For myself I find the size of the silver square ring too small although its adjustable but for the round one it fit nicely. 
They understand my situation and give me a 10% discount for my next purchase. 
Will purchase from them again. 

I am very impressed by their care taken in packaging.

Nicely wrapped and packed when send out. Good that you gave us the tracking number.
maybe put photos about the side profile of the fiddler. (because I have a hard time choosing between the thin and the thick version) 
i think you only have photo of the side for thick version? And i was think how it'll look like when wearing the thin version fiddler because you only have side profile of the senior fiddler (:

Hmmm, for feedback, maybe you could have more vintage-looking rings and necklaces with longer chains? I'm not much of a girly-girl so sometimes it's nice to have vintage pieces that look feminine and womanly at the same time(:
Other than that, service was great and the packaging that came with was very pretty- gives the impression that a lot of effort was put in, which I believe is exactly what it is.

It was a wonderful experience shopping with DMW! Website is amazing and filled with creativity. When there were enquiries, replies were quick and friendly. Products are innovative and priced reasonably. And I do hope they continue to be this way ;) Orders are processed and sent out within the shortest period of time and that is simply incredible! Packages are sent out with bubble wrap to ensure protection and they were nicely wrapped.
You guys were thoughtful to even send a box along with the rings!
I was very delighted to receive the package! And TWO thumbs up for DMW! :D

i bought a ring quite a while back, i think about march or something. it was from the dictionary fiddlers collection. the rings looked pretty cool so i enquired more about it. the response was fast and friendly, and though i asked like loads of questions, she (owner of dmw) still answered politely!
and because she was going to have a booth at an upcoming flea, i opted for self collection. i was a little lost at the flea but she was really friendly in giving directions and also handing over the ring! thumbs up hehe!
